I decided to sell my house... and contacted Peter Barnes Real Estate, I initially met with Peter and David Barnes, I found them prompt to my response and we met at the property to discuss the future sate.

At this initial meeting I found them both to be amicable and supplied me with the information required. I was presented with thorough documentation regarding the proposal for sale and all possible scenarios.

I decided to go to Auction at a time when the market was going through a distinctive change. House inspections were arranged by David and I was given follow up details immediately. Throughout the house inspections David was always on time, courteous and responsive to my questions. I did not find David to “be pushy” at all, his calm and sensitive manner is a credit to him.

My property did not sell at the scheduled auction in September, at this time the market changed dramatically. David was diligent in his follow up and the house later sold in October. David did not pressure me at all during this time but remained optimistic that the property would sell. He provided advice but also listened to what realistically I wanted to achieve in price. The sale went through smoothly without any complications.
