I would like to highly recommend Adam Blanch as he is not only a good real estate agent but a genuine true person.

My husband and I were looking to buy an apartment in Lygon Street. I came accross Adam and he was really kind and helpful. Not being a permanent resident of Australia, it was really hard to understand the rules and processes of buying a property in Melbourne. He spent more than an hour on a Saturday explaining the process and guiding us through how to proceed with the purchase. Unfortunately our offer did not go through, as another buyer was able to offer more money.

We did manage to buy an apartment through another agent and despite not buying from Adam, he still kept in touch with us via mail to check how we were doing. The other agent did not provide as great a service as Adam. We are really grateful to him for the advice and would certainly go through him again in the future.
